This policy outlines how we process replacements and defines eligibility for product-related issues. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Replacement Eligibility
Product Eligibility
As a responsible merchant, iMeBoBo™ ensures that products reach customers in perfect condition — not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive an item that is damaged, malfunctioning, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe
Amman Padel will respond to all replacement requests made within 30 days of product delivery.

If your replacement request is made within 7 days of delivery, it will be processed free of charge.

Requests made after 7 days may incur handling or shipping charges.
Replacement Process
Step 1: Initiation
To start a replacement request, please submit a video clearly showing the issue (incorrect, damaged, or faulty product) to our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.
In several cases, the issue may be related to usage, and our team can provide support to resolve it without replacement.
If confirmed that the product is faulty, we will proceed as follows:
Option A:
Ship the product (including original packaging, product box, and accessories) to our warehouse at:
Tazah Global LLC
Warehouse #13, Plot #4488,
Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
Upon receipt and inspection (within 5 working days), we will dispatch your replacement free of charge.
Option B:
Our team can schedule a pickup and send a replacement to you within 14 working days. Please have the item repacked in its original packaging with all accessories for courier collection.
Please Note:
Replacements are not provided for issues related to change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (such as preferences in size, color, or fit).
Refund Policy
iMeBoBo™ does not offer refunds.
All confirmed purchases are final, and only eligible replacements may be processed under the conditions stated above.
